Returns & Refunds

We follow a strict no return and no refund policy on all orders.
Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Customers are advised to review product details and size charts carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Policy (Size Only)

We offer one-time size exchange only, subject to availability.
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
The requested size must be clearly mentioned at the time of the request.
Exchange is not applicable for design, color, or preference-related reasons.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
Cancellation requests must be made via email or WhatsApp.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be accepted.

Important Conditions

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
We do not provide reverse pickup; return shipping will be borne by the customer.
Customers must use a trackable courier service; we are not responsible for lost returns.
Any product that does not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

Damaged / Incorrect Product

In case of a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Share clear images and an unboxing video for verification.
After verification, a replacement or resolution will be provided.
